Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping rate are vary from country to another, we also provide free shipping on all orders above $75.

When will I get my tracking number for my order?

We strive to ship our items within 3-5 days of purchase. Your tracking number and email will be sent out to your register email on Smaduela.com. Please allow additional time to receive your package. Thank you for your patience. ♡

When will I receive my order?

♡ Orders to U.S. (48 bordering states) can expect to receive their product within 20 days from billing.
♡ Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories can expect to receive product within 30 days from billing.
♡ Orders to Canada and its territories can expect to receive their products within 30 days from billing.
♡ Orders shipped worldwide expect to receive their products within 30 days from billing.

My order is being returned to sender, what do I do?

If your tracking information reports that your order was returned to us due to a delivery issue, rest assured that our team is able to assist you! Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@smaduela.com as soon as possible by clicking the email link. Be sure to include:

-The email address associated with your account
-Your best address (we need to know where to ship your replacement to!)

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

You may be asked to pay a small shipping fee depending on your order.

For orders in the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska and U.S. territories:
You will need to pay an additional shipping cost $5.

For orders shipped internationally:
You will need to pay an additional shipping cost between $7-$11.

To change your subscription term, please follow the instructions below:

  • Click “My Account” and log in using your email address and password
  • Click “Edit” on the subscription that you would like to edit on the left panel of your dashboard
  • Choose the subscription term that you would prefer in the “CHOOSE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION TERM” box
  • Click “Change” to save your changes
I have not received my refund. What can I do?

The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used PayPal to pay, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account which the payment was made.

How do I open dispute?

All orders on Smaduela.com are protected by Buyer Protection. If you haven’t received your order or you are not satisfied with the product you received, please get in touch with us first to try to come to a solution. We will make sure to find the right solution to your satisfactions.
